EXACTLY what I’ve been saying!!! Where HAS the apostrophe gone? Why is there this americanism everywhere of being lazy with spelling, punctuation and grammar? Don’t you think Hallowe’en looks nicer with an apostrophe?

Puzzling. Why is Refrigerator spelt with no ‘d’, when it’s shortened form, Fridge, has one? Never noticed that until now…

Thank you for your chord analysis. Have been trying to work this out, only had rubbish approximations off the web so far. I agree with everything you write about this and have printed it off. I went to see Will Young on Monday - quality. I’m seeing my band mates (rocksteady types tonight) and will bring a printout as backup to my argument that Will is great!
